·         All items must be paid for within ten (10) days, eBay notice of no contact non-payment is sent at seven (7) day mark for your protection.

• Seven (7) days no-question asked return privilege for a refund minus P&H.  When my error 100% refund P&H & your cost of return.
• We prefer PAYPAL as payment, or email steve1ute@aol.com.
• I ship international (worldwide) and e-mail New Issue Stamp alerts as many issues of the past 19 ? 24 months have sold out and increased in value very fast, so please join my mailing list.
• Shipping First Class, priority for both High value shipments & Bulk lots. Single Coins over $10.00 value mailed with USPS Delivery Confirmation at a flat rate of $3.50. Registered mail $9 plus postage, bulk lots at rate listed and if needed International Registered mail is available @ $12.00 plus the Airmail postage to your country (many is South America have found this to be a perfect service on large orders.
• Please wait for my invoice shortly after the auction ends.
• For stamps-listings Scott Catalog numbers are used. I will not mail ANY sheet of stamps folded into an envelope for .44 cents as some have asked for. I used hard photo mailers or very hard cardboard for the protection of the stamps and keep in mind all mailing rates have gone up & up.
• Some will see BUYER DISCOUNTS given at the bottom of their invoice, this is a return on overage of P&H
• All Stamp?s & Banknotes valued over $50.00 will be mailed at a flat rate of $3.50 and this comes with USPS Insurance with in the US.
• Shipping can be combined within a 48 hour period of purchases @ a rate of $1.50 per additional item (Coin?s & Sheets of Stamps).  For Banknote?s and Single Stamps purchased within a 48hour period of time a special rate of $0.50 per additional item AND YES special discounts are given or can be worked out before Bidding or Buying.
